Help with the app
Tell us your device model, iOS or Android version, Mooldo version, selected country and the steps that led to the issue. You may include a screenshot with private information removed. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or payment-card details.
Accounts and synchronization
Catalogs and the main features work without a Mooldo account. To synchronize supported shopping-list and card data, use Profile > Back up and sync and sign in to the same Mooldo account on your devices.
Ad-free subscriptions
Open Profile > Mooldo without ads. The only paid benefit is removing ads. Purchases and restoration use your App Store or Google Play account; a Mooldo account is optional. Restore a purchase with the same account in the same store. Manage renewal, cancellation and refund requests through the store.
Deleting Mooldo or your Mooldo account does not cancel a store subscription.
Request deletion of selected data
You can request deletion of some Mooldo data without deleting your account. Email [email protected] with the subject “Mooldo data deletion request”. Identify your Mooldo account and the data you want removed, for example synchronized shopping lists, saved cards and photos, favorites, search history or push-notification records. Do not send your password. We may ask you to confirm account ownership before acting.
Requests are reviewed manually. If you keep your account, the account profile and sign-in links remain unless your request also covers them. Copies already saved by other people cannot be withdrawn automatically. Store billing records and data held by Google, Meta or RevenueCat require separate handling with the relevant provider. We explain any records that must be retained, their reason and the applicable retention period in our response. See the Privacy Policy for current provider retention periods and limitations; this is not a promise that every provider record is erased immediately or within 90 days.
