1. Nature of In-App Purchases
Subscriptions remove ads only; they do not unlock additional content. No Mooldo account is required to buy or use a subscription. Purchases are made through the App Store on iOS or Google Play on Android and are not linked to a Mooldo account. Purchases in these stores are separate.
2. Refunds
Request a refund through the App Store or Google Play. Eligibility depends on the store's rules and applicable law. A refund may end ad-free access before the paid period would otherwise finish.
3. Subscriptions
Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until you turn off auto-renewal in the store. The app displays the current price and billing period, which the store confirms before purchase. After cancellation, access generally continues until the end of the paid period.
4. Cancellation Procedure
App Store: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Mooldo > Cancel.
Google Play: Play Store > Profile > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions > Mooldo > Cancel.
Uninstalling the app or deleting your Mooldo account does not cancel the store subscription.
5. Restore Purchases
After reinstalling or changing devices, use “Restore Purchases” with the same App Store account on iOS or Google Play account on Android. A purchase from one store cannot be restored in the other. Mooldo sign-in is not required.
6. Pricing and Modifications
Prices depend on the store country and currency. The App Store or Google Play handles price changes and required notices under its rules and applicable law.
7. Privacy Terms
The store processes payment details. To verify a subscription, RevenueCat receives technical purchase information and a RevenueCat-generated anonymous customer identifier, not a Mooldo account ID. See our Privacy Policy for details.
